  1. Terrible experience today at Linworth (Ohio) Wendy’s …. 1/2 mile east of the international headquarters.

    Had trouble communicating at the drive-through attendant (lobby is closed due to Corvid 19), employee said not to worry about the app and they would take care of the associated discount for buy one baconator and get one for one dollar.
    – Did not give us the Wendy’s app discount – charged full price (did not realize til back in the office).
    – Gave us a spoon to eat a baked potato.
    – dropped a cluster of catch-up single servings into the bag that were disgustingly connected together with a sticky substance. There is no way that they would not have recognized this condition – see attached picture.
    – their personal appearance was that of a person who was backing up/ supporting their actions with a non verbal flippant attitude

    This individual had hickeys all over their neck, a lackadaisical demeanor, and seemingly purposefully mislead us, gave us the wrong or incompatible condiments/silverware which, when this service is combined with an averge product (not bad or terrible food … just ok/acceptable), it yields an experience that tells consumers to go somewhere else because it can only get better.

    I have been eating Wendy’s since The 70s, New the Thomases and Rhodes families, and I have one question to ask whom ever is reviewing these surveys:

    What business are you in?

    Of course the answer is rhetorical, but with this experience you would only expect a negative result from nearly every demographic a customer could represent and I cannot imagine this scene doing anything positive for Wendy’s _ which is a shame because it’s a favorite and the go to choice for my family’s on the go food in our hometown as well as on vacations n van business lunches all across the US.

  2. 5/3/2020. In these times we finally got out of the house. Craving a burger we went to Wendy’s. After waiting in line to order and get our food my wife and I pulled to side of parking lot to eat. What a disappointment, I had 2 cold burgers cheese not even melted and my wife had a cold chicken sandwich. Don’t think we will be going back to that shop again. #00004344. 1:47pm order # 3104.

I haven’t been to Wendy’s in a long time so I stop by today and I paid $9.40 for a single burger for nuggets and a small drink and that is not value for me that is way way way high And I won’t come back. There are too many other choices that can satisfy my desire for a burger for lunch at a much better price

  4. I wish you a food board before you order your meal. When waiting behind seven cars, it would be nice to spend that looking for what you offer. We would not have to hold up cars looking to see what we want to order.
